“Very clean”

“I was very disappointed with the housekeeping department. They did not clean my room for 3 days. Terribly BAD! I went to verbalize my concerns to the front desk and asked if the hotel staff clean the guest room daily. They stated sometimes. Horrible service, a Motel 6 provide better service”

“Our stay at Goldwynn Resort & Residences in Nassau had some genuinely nice aspects, but there were also several issues that are worth mentioning honestly. On the positive side, the property itself is beautiful and modern, and the rooms are spacious and well-designed, which made it comfortable to settle in. The overall aesthetic feels upscale and more boutique compared to many other places in Nassau. That said, a number of things took away from the experience. The beach, while visually pretty……

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The room we booked was quite small so we asked to upgrade to a suite. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price. Our suite was perfect. Plenty of room, a real kitchen, separate bedroom and a large patio. ”
