“I first visited 3 years ago and had zero issues- wonderful time. I returned this year and there are major communication and as a result, service issues. Can definitely spend less going to an all inclusive and avoid some of the frustration elsewhere. While there were staff that were highlights and we generally had a nice time, I don’t think I’ll be back- which is a shame. But it distinctly had the feeling of really attempting to nickel and dime visitors which sucks.”

The staff is attentive and relaxed. Excellent restaurant options, including an Italian market with fresh pizza, Roman fine dining, inventive Sushi and an all day bar & cafe. A monthly rotation of events focuses on wellness, cinema, music, fine……

“You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch.”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”
