“Every aspect of my stay was fantastic. There was only 1 thing that could've been improved. The shower head. Having experience as a plumber, I can assure you that there's no issue with water pressure. However the flow from the shower head was weak. For me, not a big issue. But as you well know, if an occupant has shower complaints, it can tarnish overall reviews! Suggestion: once every 3 months have maintenance remove shower heads, soak them in CLR or a similar product to remove mineral deposits.……

“I was traveling solo with my dog, & booked this last minute; I have to say, it was better than I thought it’d be. The staff were receptive, & welcoming, the room was clean enough, & the hot water/water pressure was Exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. It was quiet, not many people even though there was apparently a football game going on that night, & the fact that the rooms open right into the parking lot helped with getting my dog in & out.”

“The facility and room was very clean. Great parking. Felt like a safe area. Nice clean outdoor pool. Great coffee. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the room we received smelled horrific like mold. The bedding and carpet felt moist. Probably a AC unit issue. The refrigerator was on but not cold. You could take the elevator up to our floor but the button to come back down was broken. The WiFi wouldn't work.”
