“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this……

“When we arrived the room was not on the oceanside. We stayed there 1 night but we had people on both sides that were up until after 2\. Walls are super thin so we dis not sleep. The next morning the girls at the desk gave us a new room for the inconvenience and it was so beautiful we decided to stay an additional night.
