“I've never had to write a hotel review this bad. This property is simply terrible. I checked into my room which smelled like a cigarette (to be clear, not only was it a non-smoking room, but there was a placard permanently affixed to the door which read "NO SMOKING"). I walked inside my room, and SOMEONE ELSE'S LUGGAGE was just sitting on the desk. Beds were made, the room had already been serviced by housekeeping staff, and yet someone either didn't bother to take their duffel bag or the……
