“Lower your bar. Mostly clean, but horribly overpriced. A tiny, ancient motel, rooms opening out to the lot (which I like). Manager was super nice, walked me to my room. It's July, & it was literally about 100 degrees all weekend. The floors are laminate, which is nice & easy to keep clean. Tiny room, 2 double beds (old bed spreads) fill the entire width of the room wall to wall, with a couple feet between. Small fridge with a separate freezer which was nice. Wall air conditioner worked well,……

“TV did not work in our room. They did switch us to another room. Building is old . Some dirty walls and cracked windows. The lady at the front desk was nice. We won’t be staying there again.”

“This hotel is something out of the twilight zone. It's extraordinarily huge, and you can get lost very very easily. And here we go: 1) hotel staff don't know what customer service is. Even a "hello" would've been nice, instead the dude just stared at me until I said something. 2) no late check out without a half day fee (we were just asking for an extra hour) no go. 3) our room straight up smelled like piss, hopefully animal, but I guarantee the floors have NEVER seen a carpet cleaner. “I had an employee that worked 15 hours & was looking forward to a clean room. The garbage can was 1/2 full & there were long black hairs in the shower and on the shower walls. When the employee showed the Front Desk Clerk the pictures (this morning). She told him that there wasn't anything she could do about it now. She was actually very rude.”

“The motel had an old/musty smell. The first handicapped room they put me in smelled very strong of urine. They gave me a different room and that was ok. The carpet in some places was pretty dirty. I will not be staying there again.”
