“Great, walkable location near the Jackson Town Square! The hotel was being renovated during our stay, so the parking lot could be a little crowded with work vehicles, but did not really impact us. Room was clean, comfortable, homey - bed was excellent! The included breakfast was great, and staff ( Jesse) was helpful in making restaurant suggestions. Great stay! ”

“I enjoyed my stay at this awesome resort. When we first arrived the front desk explained to me that for some reason they didn’t have my reservation from Expedia. However, I showed my confirmation and they got me checked in. My only beef is that we had to switch rooms because of the mix up. When you have multiple activities planned for the next day it is very difficult to have to unpack and pack at 7 in the morning. Overall, they definitely took care of me. “I forgot my “good” shampoo. I have a lot of hair and the little bottles; the hotels provide aren’t enough. To my surprise, they provide DOVE shampoo in big bottles that you just pump out. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash… My blow dryer wasn’t working and they provided me with a new one; immediately.. thank you. ”
