"You can tell it hadnt to long gotten remodel. Rooms were clean spacious and beautiful. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Nice location and easy to find. Beds were comfy qnd they have rooms featuring jacuzzi tubs. I differently will stay again."

Immediately made me feel comfortable with her words. She was awesome!! The Doctor on duty was very professional in his mannerisms. I would recommend anybody to come to this hospital. "The bed was in a corner of the room that didn’t allow walk around bed space. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. The bathroom door would not stay open. The view from my window was of the rooftop air conditioning unit. The table leg was broke.l and about to callapse. The front desk person was on the phone when we arrived and totally ignored us until he finished the call. Breakfast was disappointing."

"We arrived after a long drive to only have a staff member go "we are booked tonight; if you have a reservation we will give you a refund" and that was it. They didn't.take down my name or looked at my reservation. At least they could have sent a message saying it was booked out Honestly after seeing the prior reviews and how basically the same thing is happening with others this is a management problem and whoever they are putting at the front desk has no business being there. Thankfully I got at least credit back on here though the hotel should refund me. More thankful because given how the area looked with shady people all around and how it smelled like drugs the hotel I am kinda glad I didn't stay there. "
