"As a solo female traveler, the property was quiet and I felt safe. Room was clean and odor free. The only complaint I had was the sheets had some old stains on them. If they had been stain free I would have given 5 stars. "

"The room was poorly prepared without wash cloths or towels, no shower gel in the dispenser no regular coffee pods (just decaf). The manager had no support staff requiring long waiting periods to correct issues. The key cards didn’t work and had to wait to get that issue corrected also. The thermostat didn’t work and the temperature was 78\*. The valet parking was advertised (sign in the lobby) to be $28 but we were charged $38\. "
