"Jennifer communicated well and was very prompt to respond. The weather wasn’t good when we were there so we didn’t get the opportunity to walk around the neighborhood or check out the lake, although the view of the lake was nice. Very family friendly, games, puzzles, tv etc."

CRITICAL POINTS: The toilet was not clean with obvious use (feces in the bowl and a dirty seat) from the past room occupant. Being winter, it was very quiet, but that is what we wanted. It was easy to drive to the parking lot as it was clear of ice and snow. The room was very comfortable and pleasant. Sleeping was very easy to do. We loved being so close to the church and the downtown stores and restaurants.

The hotel room was so cozy and it felt like having our own apartment. Tom was so cool to talk to and gave us the best recommendation for Halloween night! We had food from the restaurant and it was above and beyond our expectations. All of the businesses we went to encouraged visiting other businesses. An amazing stay. Even added on an extra night!
