“The location was great. Check-in was easy. Plenty of parking. The room was clean. The AC in the room got very cool which we really appreciated after a hot day. The bed was a little firm, but that seems to be the case with most hotels. The breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“The check in process was fine, however the first thing I saw upon opening the door to my room was a cockroach. Then another and before getting to the bathroom I saw three more. Expedia made the refund process a nightmare - lied and said the property denied me a refund even though Expedia never even called them. Eventually they did give me a refund however they did not put me into another hotel. In fact, there was no offer to or attempt to put me in a safe location leaving my service dog and I to……
