"Price, location and cleanliness are the top reasons to choose this hotel. It looks relatively new and so far well maintained with friendly staff. They should remove "free breakfast" because it only gives a reason for a bad review because it doesn't meet the bare minimum to call it breakfast...call it breakfast snack maybe. Luckily I only need coffee and they had that (barely). But otherwise, solid 8/10 for reasons given."
