This newly remodeled (completed 12/23) waterfront home is the perfect place to relax, renew, refresh and make lifetime memories while enjoying nature.
“The River Point Getaway”
home sleeps 6 (two queen beds and 2 twin beds), and 2 full bathrooms.
If you are bringing a boat or choose to rent one nearby, there is a 12x10 dock/with ladder for your boat behind home. Boat ramp is just 70 ft away. There are many islands in the Gulf to explore and great fishing. Clean your catch of the day and grill it on propane grill! Whatever adventures you choose you will return home to your lovely, clean mermaid themed home where you may observe jumping mullet, sea otters, frolicking manatees, barracudas, Redfish, ladyfish, sting rays, sheepshead, mangrove snapper, alligators, ibis, great blue heron, night heron, pelicans and more from the dock and large deck.
Relax and enjoy the waterfront views with your morning coffee on the screened porch or out on the deck. Enjoy an early morning hike at nearby preserve or explore the river and nearby Salt Creek on our complimentary kayaks (two doubles and two single) and 1 canoe.

Birthday celebration
Six adults-Me, my adult 20 something children & their significant others plus my best friend and one puppy had a wonderful time at this location. I wanted to do something special for my 60th birthday. Miranda was wonderful, she was quick to answer any questions we had and unobtrusive the rest of the time. The kayaks were so much fun. We didn’t see any manatees but there was an alligator at Bayport Inn which was close by, great food, live music. We enjoyed it so much we went twice! Oh & they have a cool gift shop. The house was very clean, plenty of room. Adorable mermaid theme. Tv had lots of choices. Thank you for the Uno set, that’s always fun. All in all a very pleasant experience!!

Perfect weekend with fur babies.
It’s so nice to find a fenced in property, on the water, with our dogs. Place was perfect. Clean, all the amenities we needed and hassle free check in/out. Definitely recommend. Just be aware there’s a resident gator that likes to hang out. No swimming for the dogs!

Our family of 5 from Wisconsin (including kids age 10, 8, and 6) throughourly enjoyed our stay in Weeki Wachi. The house was perfect for our needs... tons of wildlife, activities like fishing and kayaaking anytime you wish from your personal dock, complete kitchen and screen porch for easily preparing and enjoying many meals, and lots of nearby things to check out (Bayport Inn for dinner...with an alligator, Pine Island Beach for close ocean swimming and sand play, dolphin glimpses and sunsets, Caladesi Island for shelling and ocean fishing, Buccaneer Bay at the state park for swimming, tiki bar, slides, and the mermaid show, a Disney day trip, and Bayport & Jenkins Creek pier for more fishing...just to name a few). The spacious layout and rooms were great and the large shower and tub were nice after a long day! The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the communication with the owners was top notch. Would highly recommend!

I love this house and everything about it. Sitting on the dock drinking coffee watching the fish jumping and the wildlife. The kayaking was so much fun and the nature was beautiful. What a GEM
This was a staycation for my family. Being a single mother, I felt safe and secure at this property. Everything was amazing! The house was clean, the kayaks were accessible and easy to launch. The dock was large, as was the deck. The screened in lanai was perfect for early morning coffee and post sunset game night. I highly recommend River Point Getaway!!! We will be returning!

We stayed here with our 6yo mermaid-obsessed daughter and our dog. It was absolutely the perfect place to spend a long weekend. The outdoor area is gorgeous and completely fenced in. We were conveniently located near WeekI Wachi Springs State park, restaurants, grocery, etc., but also got the benefit of a serene and peaceful location. The owners were incredibly responsive and were excellent hosts. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Perfect relaxing getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, that was very clean and extremely well stocked. The outdoor spaces were top notch and tailor made for relaxation. The hosts were phenomenal and communication was excellent. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The fenced in backyard is perfect for dogs to enjoy safely. We cannot wait to return!

Remarkable Riverside Stay
My family and I arrived to find a beautifully well-appointed home in an idyllic setting. Dolphins, rays, and bald eagles were just some of the wildlife living in concert with this phenomenal property. Multiple watercraft options were available to allow the entire family the full Weeki Wachee experience. Nearby attractions of Roger’s Park, Pine Island and, of course, WW State Park were convenient to the property location and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Ownership was subtly yet effectively available to make us always feel comfortable and welcomed. This is a definite repeat trip! Thank you, Linda for everything!!

From start to finish Linda & Gary were so on-top of everything. The house was Immaculate & communication was absolutely superb! The information they provide you before you get there is very helpful. Very Informativedirection for your arrival. To near by grocery stores, activities & shopping. The backyard & porch area were so inviting to just relax & take in Mother Nature. The fenced in yard is absolutely perfect for your fur babies! Weeki Wachee is absolutely beautiful from the scenery to enjoying the 72 degree spring fed water in the HOT Fl weather!
