Coming back for the manatees
This was a quick long weekend trip to see the in-laws and not really a vacation. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks and canoes, but the canal did not disappoint. Fish JUMPing out of the water every morning. Definitely coming back to check out all the local hot spots. Awesome yard, fire bowl, screened porch with seating. Inside was a bit musty, much better once aired out. The place was clean, beds comfortable, stocked with towels,dishes, bedding and had wifi with Roku TV.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at this location. It is right on the water with a great dock and several kayaks and paddle boards. Also has an actual yard if you have kiddos that want to play. The inside was very clean and spacious for a family. Highly recommend.

Super clean! Old FL at it's best! Hospital Hole is a short paddle.
On my FL b-day vaca I wanted relaxation. I didn't want a bunch of rules, a stuffy and hovering host, a rental that couldn't be enjoyed, etc. THIS IS IT! The host was amazing! She went above and beyond the expected. She was readily available and offered great communication. There were more kayaks, etc than pictured. The home itself is nicer than pictured and has everything you need. SUPER CLEAN! Neighbors on only one side, offers more privacy and water access. The location is good! Only 2 turns during the short paddle to Hospital Hole. We visited in December and there were very few other people on the river, at the state park, etc. It was a magnificent, memorable experience! Thank you!!

Home away from home
My family and I have stayed at this location twice, and we have LOVED it. Lori was amazing to communicate with and was always willing to help with recommendations. She went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had the best vacation in this cozy little gem! We will definitely be back next year, and we recommend that you bring your family here. This house will build memories that last a lifetime. Thanks again!

In choosing property we considered being near a main street intersection as a benefit for ease of access if our local family should want to visit us on our vacation. we also had a washer and dryer on site which others didn't and full use of water toys kyak ect..

Lovely getaway
Nice little house, perfect for a home base whole in town. Really enjoyed the canal and kayaks.
