Spring Lake Bath & Tennis Club Tours

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The only confusion was where to park but once we found it was ok. The room was clean. The inside of the Tropicana was very nice , like a boardwalk inside . Great location right on the boardwalk. Beach was nice as well

Our room was not ready until 9pm instead of the usual check-in 4 pm, and the manager allowed people that were not VIP to jump lines and be checked in ahead of all of us that were standing in line waiting for an hour. The kiosks were not working to check in. The bell hop was helpful at taking our luggage but was still not to our room even after 1 hour of waiting ( bcs you had to be there to receive) I called 3 times and they said it was in its way but it was not, we ended up going and gathering up our luggage and hand carrying all of it as they would not allow us to use a cart.. the room was clean just the check in process was not good

All the staff were friendly and helpful, houskeeping, reception and dining room. Deluxe king size room had a lovely full kitchen and could sleep 5 people! Will keep in mind for future family vacations!
