“The host was wonderful to work with. She communicated promptly and answered kindly to any questions I had. She was very accommodating. Everything that I needed was available, coffee, towels, and travel sizes of shampoo & conditioner as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste! I was very happy with the cleanliness too. I will definitely be staying here again if I am back in the area. ”

“The check in was to get the key out of the lockbox and use the one on the counter. There wasn't one. Immediately the a/c worked downstairs but no air upstairs. Reached out to the host to let them know there was a leak in the ceiling of one bedroom. No one came out. But kept telling us they would. Bugs every where. That location should be taken down. No one should be subjected to that. The yard is a mess. We left on Friday because my family couldn't take it anymore. I should be given a……

“Everything went fine”

“Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so……

“The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance.”
