Beautiful, clean place with fabulous views. No restaurant or breakfast on site but with a bit of a walk or drive, there are many in the area. Lovely patio by the river.

An amazing property nestled in the beauty of the surrounding park. Transportation right in front of the hotel and an amazing, although expensive, restaurant in the same building as the office of the inn. Highly recommend it if you are looking to jump to the bus into the park, or one of the many private tours such as Zion Jeep Tours that pick you up at the inn.

This place is great! Super quiet, HUGE rooms, clean. Nice pool and shuttle stop to Zion entrance is literally in from of the hotel. Our new "go to" for Zion. We are there 4-5 times a year.

The property has so much potential, yet is lacking in so much. When we checked in at 4:30 our room was not ready. After waiting over an hour we got into our room to find the bathroom had not been cleaned. Very little to praise. Hope others have better luck!

Nice and clean room, vouchers for a really good breakfast in the next door restaurant, beautiful views of the mountains and river. Small complaint that there was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom on and off but it didn’t affect our stay. Overall we would recomend it and stay there again.

Did the five Utah National Parks, this place was the medalist. Breathtaking views of the mountains, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Location was perfect- less than five minutes to the Zion park entrance. Breakfast vouchers at Oscars was delicious (French toast) Had shuttles to park but we chose just to get up and hit the park early. Great stay. Would do again for sure.

First the good things: Room was clean and large, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, everything worked in the room, laundry worked (they had 2 sets). And although they didn't include breakfast, the hotel offered discounted breakfast vouchers for nearby Oscar's Cafe (GREAT restaurant) But for the price (>$275/night), it fell short in a couple areas: our room-phone didn't work (reported this immediately) and it was never fixed (problem was with the entire complex), that wouldn't be a problem except the front-desk never returned a single one of my voice mails so I had to walk to the main building to get anything answered, one staff member walked into our room unannounced on Day 1 without warning (they apologized...but it should never ever happen), the TV uses DirectTV and has no streaming channels or AirPlay/ChromeCast set-up, the toilet flush is weak, and the AC ran constantly to keep-up with daytime heat (it was 99-102 in the daytime...that is challenging I'll admit). So the hotel was fine, just not great

Amazing views of the Zion peaks. Our room was a little older but it couldn’t have been more inviting and comfortable. Temps were in the 100s but the AC kept the room chilled.
