“My room was very dirty with gross stains and spills on the quilt. Bathtub/shower had 3 different types of hair- NONE were mine I had to clean the shower before I could take a shower. Told Manager about the bathtub and quilt and that I wanted a new CLEAN quilt. She said no problem. Housekeeping Supervisor was standing there and apologized saying she would make certain it was taken care of. Their solution I didn't get ANY quilt!! Had to go get one and make my own bed. Dining area was discussing……

“The tollette and bed were operational. The air conditioning was too. Other wise, the tv and most electrical appliances and outlets were not functioning.”

“Mold in the shower. Broken shower head. Broken tile in the entry. We could hear every step of the guests the floor above. They obviously had a child in a 4th floor room that ran around for hours. Kids should be on the first floor if possible. The hotel had very few guests so that would not have been hard to do. Staff was not friendly at all.”

“A wonderful suite. Friendly host. Moreover, dinner is served every Monday to Thursday.”

“The staff was nice and helpful, but the cleanliness was a real problem. We checked into our room and we noticed it had mold on the ceiling bathroom, stains on the sheets, hair clumps on the sheets, and a couple of flies buzzing around. The hotel staff kindly gave us a new room after hearing our bed was dirty. Unfortunately, the new room smelled heavily of marijuana, the refrigerator did not work, the towels had stains on them, the mirror was broken off the wall, and we found a cockroach roaming……

“I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. That was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The staff was also incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of showing concern or trying to resolve our issues, they were dismissive and……

“Easy and fast check in and check out. We were passing by the hotel on our way to the event we were in town for and stopped to see if we were able to check in 2 hours early. The staff said our room was available. This was a very big help for my family and greatly appreciated. Breakfast was simple but all items were good quality. Easy check out at 6:00 am.”
