“They can't figure out your payment method during check-in. They decided to double charge me for the room since they couldn't figure out room was paid in advance. The second charge didn't even match the original cost so they were trying to get even more money out of me. The staff is incredibly incompetent I've never had these issues booking and paying in the past. They also do not care how late you got in to the hotel. The cleaning staff was beating on doors more then 2 hours before checkout. We……

“Stayed there a year ago had an excellent stay. Some how in the last year management has changed. The bar is not open anymore .Pool rules have changed and are not clearly marked. Over all not a terrible experience just Different than the last visit! Did not expect to have a different experience.”

“During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. “Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me……

“The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. The lady told me 10 minutes upon arrival but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a room. I ended up leaving the next day,……
