The next day we discovered the water was off at a most inopportune time - again sent a message a received no response - went to the common area and ran into the house manager and she let us know about the water and helped with the TV situation. Outside area smelled like litter box. Outside handrail to treehouse very loose and scary. Being an older person needs railing. No refrigerator, parking nightmare, saw a current review saying the toilet seat needed replacing, guess what still not fixed. Almost fell off it in the middle of the night. Bed was uncomfortable and to high up off floor. We booked the room four four nights and left a day early because we just wanted to leave that place. Will never stay at Penny Farthing again. Parking is difficult because it is small but its a bed and breakfast so that's expected.
