4 month stay

I was able to stay here for four months to get away from the snow that was up north. I lived every minute. The home is comfortable, clean and in a nice neighborhood.I loved the windows on the side. It made me feel like I was part of outside and not closed in. I would stay here again another time

Ladera 370 - fantastic place

We didn’t anticipate it to be as spacious as it was, especially the kitchen. Clean, roomy, very comfortable, and relaxing. It was fully stocked with everything needed for the stay. This house truly felt like home away from home. Beautiful place and great location! Very easy to get to everywhere we needed to go. Only downside was WiFi that dropped connection once in a while, while kids were trying to do homework.

Great Experience. Will definitely stay here again!

This property continued to impress us with each day! The house was great, great location, comfortable beds and lots of little extras like a tv in every room, warm nice swimming pool and super easy check in and check out. We are already planning our next visit.

Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful girls trip with grandmother, mom, and daughter! The home was even better than the pictures. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient--settled in the quiet Sienna Hills neighborhood. Communication from the property management company was seamless from start to finish. Easy check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this home for your St. George vacation.

Nice Spacious condo not far from St. George

The house was very spacious and I loved the way the rooms were set up. My kids loved being able to watch their own shows in their room as there was a tv in every room. The pool was super cold, so not as much fun as we had hoped, but the house was stocked with fun games and puzzles and corn hole and basketball game in the garage. Being not far from the freeway, it was easy to hop on and be in St. George in less than 10 minutes. Overall a great place to stay and I would stay there again!

Great Stay

Everything was as expected. Couple suggestions: some instruction on how to use TV remotes (4 of them). tissue box in each bathroom. those are minor issues but could help.

Property is clean, quiet, well stocked for all your needs, internet friendly, T.V.s in every room of the house, (downstairs TV is a bit slow), has a garage if need serene back patio to relax on. Loved the property!

Couldn't be better unless it was free

What a great place! So much better than staying in a hotel. Easier check in. It felt like we opened the place. Extremely comfortable. Neighbors were great. Pool and hot tub was perfect after a great day of golf. We will definitely return. Thank you for for everything.

Huntsman Games Trip

Perfect location and great for kids!

The communication with the property manager was so easy! The check-in and out process was smooth. I highly recommend this property with family of any kind. Plenty of room to spread out, excellent location right off interstate, close to a park and walking path, next door to the pool and plenty of games for the kids!

Perfect Spring Break

We had such a great time at this rental property. We loved the easy location and many wonderful surprises we encountered here. The little playground/park with its own splash pad and walking/biking paths was by far the biggest hit with our kiddos (8, 6, and 3). It was close enough to ride our scooters and walk up to the park at least once each day we stayed. It was nice and close to several restaurants, and activities we had planned for our family. The set up of the rooms was also ideal for our stay. All 3 of my kids were able to comfortably stay in the bedroom with the bunk beds. My husband and I enjoyed the master suite immensely. Very comfortable. The added bonus of the lifetime basketball shooting game and close proximity to the community’s pool was the cherry on top. We did both activities each day. My only suggestion to improve anything in this unit would be an added DVD player. They included 2 x-box’s which we were able to get one to play our movies but since we aren’t big gamers neither of us had our own sign in accounts to utilize them very well. It was a wonderful week and the property hosts were excellent to work with. We arrived earlier than expected and they were happy to accommodate us with an earlier check in with just one quick phone call. A great place to stay and we hope to return and stay again soon!
