When we walked in it smelt like an old house and everything seemed old. It really needs to be updated and decorated. The pools and ping pong were lots of fun. The condo was comfortable and perfect for our family of four. There is an elevator to get to the 3rd floor with a designated parking space in front of the garage. Make sure to bring cooking oil and any spices other than salt and pepper. This was fun. The condo is located between the waterfall pool and the family pool which was really nice. We had a problem with the TV subscriptions being logged out, but management resolved it the next morning and had great communication. 1 thing that we didn't like was the balcony (on all of the condos in las palmas) rail height seemed to only be about 3 feet tall and not super sturdy.
