Only one major complaint. When we arrived and started unpacking, we put some items on the kitchen counters and in the refrigerator. We also unpacked our toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen sink had a lot of coffee grounds and what looked like dried yogurt in it. There were drips of the same dried yogurt on the counters, near the sink on the cupboards, and on the dishwasher controls. In the bathroom there was hair in and on the tub and on the floor and also on the sink. I immediately had to clean the kitchen and the bathroom because I was very grossed out.Seeing all of this in the kitchen and in the bathroom made me wonder how clean the apartment really was. I got the bleach and cleaned all of the handles and surfaces in the kitchen and in the bathroom because I had no trust that this place was cleaned prior to our arrival. With a 105 cleaning fee you would sure hope that it would be cleaner than this. We have yet to hear back from the host if we are going to be refunded the cleaning fee because of how disgusting it was when we arrived.Other than that, this location is very nice. It has nice, well-kept grounds, a really nice swimming pool and very big tennis courts. The condo was nice and comfortable. The TV and wifi worked well as did the air conditioner. However, don't come in with expectations of luxury because it's definitely not that. The condo and complex are older. Within the condo, they've done work to give it a face-lift such as flooring, paint, appliances, faucets, and furniture, but it's still old. If you can see past that, and appreciate the size, location (near trails and volleyball tournament facility), and price, I'd say book it. Tuacahn cancelled a show on us which required staying an extra night. Property manager worked tirelessly to accommodate us for one more night. The place was comfortable and had sufficient items. The beds were very comfortable and it helped having two bathrooms with three girls in our group. A few kids could have fit but ... we loved the soft mattresses and having two bathrooms. Quiet nice area close to everything we wanted while still off the main road. There were a couple cleanliness issues, but not deal-breakers.
