Everything was so well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to cook with. The lagoon and the pool were the biggest hit especially since we were there at the very hottest time of the summer. The lagoon was very refreshing! We loved everything about it, it had plenty of beds and rooms for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and they had plenty of different appliances. The ice maker was a hit with all ages. Having the lagoon directly behind the house was our favorite part, we could walk right out whenever we wanted and when they closed it at dusk we could go to the pool in the backyard. As I booked it, I questioned whether the property would be the same as the pictures. First off, the pictures don’t do this house justice on the accommodations. It fit 12 adults comfortably and exceeded all of our expectations. I can recall hearing folks walking through the house with comments like, “amazing,” “beautiful,” “are you kidding me?” Second, the team at Ember vacations were super easy to work with and made sure we were comfortable and all of our questions were answered. They only had two pool chairs-both were wet the entire time and one had rips in the upholstery. The other outdoor furniture was dirty, we didn’t feel like we could use it because it was gross. Also, the dishwasher was not working the entire time we were there so we had to hand wash our dishes. And a plumbing fixture in the primary bathroom sink was broken.
