"Alquileres a corto plazo - Recuerdos de por vida" - ¡ven a hacer algunos recuerdos! Hospédese en el complejo más nuevo y agradable de St. George justo al lado del complejo Las Palmas. Esta casa adosada se terminó en agosto de 2018\. Nuevo y muy lujoso. La gente está entusiasmada con el estudio de arriba que cuenta con 2 literas integradas con literas completas (duermen 8 en una habitación).
Literalmente a 10 pasos del patio trasero se encuentra la enorme piscina con una cúpula de agua para niños, un tobogán, 2 jacuzzis y una cascada. Use la barbacoa Weber y disfrute de 5 televisores con YouTubeTV ya habilitado con canales locales. Nuestros televisores habilitados con Roku permiten un fácil acceso de inicio de sesión a todos sus entretenimientos favoritos, incluidos Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO y más. Esta casa también incluye un clásico de Nintendo NES cargado con 30 juegos.

Pros: The place itself was clean. My kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. Overall a pretty good experience, especially with the last minute booking. Host was very responsive. Location was great. Cons: Fridge had food from previous guest and we couldn’t find the living room remote. Main pool was cold, heating was not working. It was about 65-75 degrees outside but the pool was freezing where the adults and kids did not want to go in.

#### Wonderful Beds, Bedrooms, & Amenities-as advertised!
Delightful! Everything as advertised, especially beds and bedrooms. Pools are heated and pool gate is short sidewalk walk around building. Gas BBQ on patio and kitchen appliances (toaster, blender, hand-mixer, and dishwasher) all worked great! Pots, pans, and cooking utensils were great (despite 1 outdated review). Small supply of plates, bowls, and flatware--Glad we brought paper plates for breakfast & lunch convenience. Patio table seats 6\. Natural-edge wood dining table with large bench and chairs can seat 10-12.

The house is great and we had a good time but the kitchen essentials are in need of a refresh. The pans are horrible, no griddle and no washcloths! There was also not a high chair as stated in the description. The location is nice with the pool right in the backyard. Just update the kitchen items and it’s close to perfect!

The location is great. The townhouse is as filthy, and rundown. The carpets were filthy, garbage was thrown behind the beds and the bathrooms were all dirty. There was a window in the front that was coming off of the building which left a gap. If cleanliness is important this isn’t the place to stay.

#### Perfect Family Getaway
This place was the prefect size for a comfortable family getaway. The pool is close, the beds are comfy. A few additional amenities that were great to have.... kids dishes, port-a-crib, pool towels, large kitchen table for eating and game nights. Little kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved having their own space.

This house was nice! loved the king bedrooms. Comfy beds, good size bathrooms. Bunk house was great for the kids, nice big bunks and plenty of space for them to play in their room! Nintendo was a fun option also. Nice kitchen and living room space. Liked the deck and patio overlooking the pool area! Washer and dryer was great! Only thing I would say is it’s time to have the carpet cleaned and parts of the house is in need of some touch up paint. A deep cleaning in the corners is needed as well. But if those things don’t bother you then you’ll love it! Overall it was a good place to stay!

I love that it’s a townhome and no one is above your head. The hot tubs were great. Not too small and there are two! The pool is nice and close. This place is beautifully decorated, well stocked. The owner was responsive. We loved our stay.
