My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, if you like fluffy pillows. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet, as the Luxury Retreat was in a quiet, residential area, and the privacy was so nice as each home was one-story attached. The 2 pools were clean and beautiful, although we did not swim this time. The host is kind and easy to work with and many thanks to her! We will return again.

Positives: Towels and linens nice.Blanket on edge of bed is a nice homey touch. Pickleball set and pool towels nice and convenient. Kitchenette is nice. I’ve stayed in a different unit in this complex without one and it was nice to have it. Dog friendly-lots of grass, waste disposal area. Quick to respond when I messaged. Very quiet and quaint property. Family feel. Location of complex is nice. Unit is close to parking lot and pickleball courts. Negatives:Water pressure in shower is terrible. Head is moldy and needs a good soak. Toilet barely flushes-I was afraid it was going to break on us. Needs updating. Jets in tub moldy-I wouldn’t bathe here because if it-showered only. Air was constantly running and loud. Beds are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. They are bouncy, squeaky, and small. Full size. Dirty floor-feet were black after walking on it. I don’t believe it’s been mopped in a while. Pools had lots of bugs and weren’t very clean. I had to ask for check in info the night before we were supposed to arrive. Once I asked for it, it was great, just wish it was provided before I had to ask and worry about it. Had to pay final deposit for stay several weeks before stay-not sure if this is a VRBO thing, or the owner’s thing but I’ve never had to pay the final deposit until the actual stay before. Overall it was just ok. I really like this complex and I would stay here again, but maybe a different unit with better beds and cleaner.

#### Great Spot!
Great place to stay for a couple or family. Pool and hot tub easily accessible and just a few steps from the room. Room was very clean and had everything we would need. It’s a little under an hour to Zion’s front gates for those looking to stay here. Overall very pleased!

#### Exactly what I hoped for.
The property was perfect for our visit. My daughters have a gymnastics competition in St George every year and for the first time we skipped a hotel. It was clean and the kitchen was so nice to have.
