This place has potential. But the management is unprofessional, their communication is bad. I was so excited to arrive to this location. When we got there it was around 1am. I did my usual check of the rooms, the beds, windows and doors. We found that the main sliding door did not lock. There was nothing around to reinforce the sliding door. While my husband felt with that, I moved onto the rooms and beds. The first bed had stains on the pillows. Like dried blood. I removed the pillows with the stains, checked the rest of the bed and it was fine. Moved into the second room, that had stains on the comforter. There were hairs I found in the sheets but I brushed them off and moved on. When I got to the master bedroom, there were stains on the pillow cases. Hairs on the sheets and stains all over the comforter. I was disgusted. I stripped the bed and called the number. But they were closed. I sent an email and asked that they contact me first thing in the morning. We had an uneasy night of rest due to the sliding window not locking. We went to the pool area, but it’s just old and dirty looking. They need to invest in this place. And train their manager. I won’t be back. Their dishwasher was also broken. We didn’t find out until we were ready To run the first load. Also the wifi went out for an entire day while we were there. They’re unapologetic about anything and all they continued saying is most of our guests don’t mind stained sheets. Gross.
