Welcome! This amazing Guesthouse-RV is very spacious and comfy! Perfect for up to two guests. It can be set up with a variety of configurations to accommodate your needs! Stay poolside with all the comforts of home in your own private space in Sunny St George Utah! All hookups are set up and ready. So all you need to do is arrive and enjoy your stay. Comfortable queen bed. The kitchen area has a double burner gas stove, microwave oven, double sink and refrigerator. Our cozy space awaits you!

We offer a self-check-in with a lockbox to obtain the key!
This entire Guesthouse-RV is yours exclusively! The size is approximately 23 by 9 feet! While staying on-site beside our home you are welcome to enjoy our private side and backyard areas near the Guesthouse-RV. Just outside the Guesthouse-RV is a covered deck with sitting chairs and Alexa music. The backyard space is fenced all around as well. The RV and deck also overlook our small and charming stone sitting adult pool with its relaxing waterfall feature! It is very private in the backyard area! An incredible place to unwind!

Our Guesthouse-RV is 23 by 9 feet! The space is most comfortable for 2 guests.
Because this is a quiet neighborhood quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Only registered guests are allowed on site for your overnight stay.
We have a small adult pool in the backyard that is not suitable for children. It is an adult pool that is used for cooling off/enjoying the waterfall!

Happy Oasis

We loved our stay! The RV was clean and just felt like a tiny home. The backyard was lovely and we enjoyed having our feet in the water as much as possible, would 100% return.

Different, but perfect for us.

We were in town for week for Huntsman Senior games, and were originally going to stay in Motel, but saw Heather and Josh’s Vrbo listing, and decided to give it a try. It is small, as advertised, but clean, quiet, quick access to outside. Heather and Josh are great hosts.

The property overall is quite nice. The only thing that suprised me was that I thought I'd be staying in Ivins. The description was a "Tiny RV in Ivins.". That probably ought to be changed. Ivins is quite a ways off from where I was staying. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Misleading and VERY disappointing

Ad very misleading - this is a small camper with a single bed hanging from the ceiling! This is camping in someone's back yard. Have to fill the toilet with water when yo want to use. NOT a kitchen. The photography is VERY misleading. We did not stay - we ended up in a hotel.
