The communication with Neil was incredible! Easy check in, very clean, and stocked with all we needed in the kitchen. We didn’t have time to use the amenities at the property.

The condo is lovely and the kitchen is well supplied. The second bedroom is small, which is clear in the listing photos.We loved that there is a fold-out table large enough to play board games on.

Great cozy condo in St George

We loved this property! It was perfect for our little family. It was clean and decorated super cute! The location was fantastic and we enjoyed everything at the club house! We appreciated that all the drawers and cupboards were labeled. It made it super easy to find and put things away. Also, check in and check out were so easey. We would definitely book this property again in the future.

Perfect location

Fun Stay

The most important thing for us was there many activities to choose from in the Sports Village complex. The unit itself was small, efficient, well-stocked. And the air conditioning worked well! We would stay again.

Open and Bright

I love open and bright floor plans and Neil’s property didn’t disappoint. Not only was it an open floor plan but it was very clean as well. The other thing I really appreciated is how quiet it was both day and night. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect Quiet Getaway

What a cute property! Neatly decorated and was the perfect quiet spot for a relaxing getaway. My boyfriend and I were visiting Zion and the area, and Neil provided so many resources for us to use to explore the area. Super easy check-in and check-out process, The whole condo is clearly labeled so everything is easy to find, and the balcony was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the evening. Thank you Neil for being a lovely host and letting us enjoy your property and all its amenities!

Great Stay

The house was great! The kitchen had really nice appliances and was well stocked. The tvs were huge which was a fun surprise. The sitting area outside was so cute. I loved that there was a family pool and then an adults only pool area. The AC worked so well. Neil was very communicative and kind. What a great place!

Great Quite Location

Our stay was very nice here! Super quiet, great amenities and the location was close to everything. The only complaint we had was some of the dishes weren’t the cleanest and had to be rewashed. Then the bedrooms don’t have any HVAC grilles to pump in cold air. So it got a little hot at night. Otherwise a great stay!

It was OK.

This property was just OK for us. There are a ton of rules and everything is labeled to the point where if feels condescending. There is no HVAC in the master bedroom so the door must be left open and you need a fan for airflow. The property was clean and quiet, plenty of parking. Owner communication was punctual. That said, we won't be staying here again. We've had better experiences elsewhere.

Luxury accommodation with a resort amenities

We love the decoration of the condo and beautiful balcony to relax after a day of hiking. The apartment is fully renovated and has all new appliances. The owner supplied us with all kitchen needs. Everything was organized and labeled. All furniture were like brand new. Condo has access to two large swimming pools which enjoyed everyday. Resort is the oldest one in the area but has gorgeous grounds with tall palm trees. The condo will be my first choice for my future vacation in southern Utah.
