It is located on the main floor. Their are still 11 stairs outside before you reach building entrance. There is easy access parking right in front of the building. This unit has a remodeled kitchen and flooring. It also has all new furniture and appliances. It has a clean, open, comfortable, modern feeling with vaulted ceilings and a deck to enjoy the sun. For your viewing enjoyment a 65" flat screen TV is in the living room. There is a large fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Some extra special touches include a Keurig and an air fryer. Large bathroom with full sized shower/tub combo. Pool towels are also supplied for use in club house. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 4 people with a very comfortable new king size bed in the master bedroom. The sofa pulls out into a bed to sleep two additional people. Extra blankets are provided. You also have access to a new washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience.. We offer free High speed wireless. Also included is Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more. Resort amenities include: \-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a Cabana next to pools. \-2 large Pools (18+ pool -not heated and a family pool-heated). Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend. \-2 Jacuzzi's - open year round as long as outside temps are 45 degrees or higher. NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th. \-Full-size Tennis Courts \-Pickle ball Courts \-Workout Room \-Jogging Paths and Playground \-Full Court Basketball \-2 Full-size Racquetball Courts \- Ping Pong Tables, Foosball, Indoor mini golf \-Sand Volleyball Spend the day outdoors however you please. Very conveniently located. While the deck off the bedroom faces the convenient parking, you can’t see the cars when you’re sitting down, so you can enjoy the nice sunsets. The only things to note are that the bed is quite firm (which many people like though) and that there isn’t a chest or bureau to put your clothes that you can’t hang up in. It would have been helpful to have a bar in the the tub for safety reasons. Loved the amenities offered at the property, especially the lap adult only pool. We were there after Labor Day and so not as crowded on the property which we enjoyed. Close to golf courses. The balcony is accessed through the bedroom and gets sun most of the day. It was very clean and the internet and air conditioning worked well, and we had a very nice stay here. I loved the private balcony. We also enjoyed walking around the complex. The owner was great to work with, letting us check-in the day we booked and helping us arrange things for our stay. The condo was very clean and remodeled. The kitchen was well equipped with all new stuff. Very comfortable bed and nice balcony in the master bedroom. I was pleasantly surprised. Location is 30 min from Zion’s north entrance and 50 minutes to the south entrance. Lots of restaurants and shopping options. It was very clean and cozy! The kitchen had everything we needed from coffee in the morning to even an air fryer. Pool was nice and clean too!
