Views, Pools, and Sweet Comfort - Las Palmas 3 bedroom/2 bath condo

This unit is in building 7. The beautiful view from the patio reminds you of why St. George is such a great place to visit. Enjoy all that St. George has to offer while staying in this lovely home away from home. Large enough to accommodate group time; and with three bedrooms, everyone can have their own space as well. POOLS, POOLS, POOLS - There are 6 pools. Two pools and hot tubs are located in shady areas nestled among the condominiums. A splash pad, two hot tubs, and four more pools consisting of a lap pool, toddler pool, waterslide pool, and enclosed pool which is heated in the winter are in the pool complex by the clubhouse. This is a quiet, second floor end unit with easy elevator access. The unit can sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two queen beds. A pack-n-play and high chair are available for the little travelers. A well-stocked kitchen makes mealtime a breeze. Our garage is available for storing bikes or equipment.
Weekly and monthly discounts are offered and will be calculated automatically upon booking.
You’ll love the close proximity to Tuacahn, Snow Canyon, and downtown St. George. Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, and Quail Lake are an easy drive away with convenient freeway accessibility. The best part is you’ll feel right at home while enjoying all your favorite activities and events in the area!

Weekend getaway
Some family members and I came down for a weekend stay to go to Tuachan and relax. Both needs were met. Condo was very clean. View was incredible! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Close to lots of restaurants and about a 20 minute drive to Tuachan. We were also able to enjoy the pool. There were 3 that we saw to choose from. It was a nice visit and we all hope to be back!

Great place in a quiet resort condominium complex
My family stayed here because of proximity to trails and the pools. Our oldest daughter was competing at a swim meet at Utah tech and we were only 15 minutes to the pool and could ride our bikes out the door to the trails behind the complex. The views from the balcony were a bonus! Just incredibly beautiful!! The only downside was super soft beds and no wine glasses (I guess we weren’t surprised being in Utah so no big deal), otherwise still a 5 star place!

A Beautiful St. George Apartment!

Thank you Clair and Dennis for a 5-star stay! We enjoyed our first time trip to Utah, breath-taking scenic drives and visiting the “Mighty Five National Parks”. We also loved St. George, relaxing local parks, shopping galleries, and tours of the LDS Tabernacle and Temple. The condo was very well maintained, comfortable beds and the perfect place to come back to after busy sightseeing days. It was well equipped with everything we could have needed. I will miss the views from the balcony! We certainly would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this condo to others.

Wonderful apartment with excellent facilities
My wife and I stayed here for four nights while we were exploring the area. It was extremely clean, comfortable and oh so quiet. The owners have kitted the apartment out with everything that you need. There are very good communal facilities for children and we also enjoyed the pools. The atmosphere around the resort is very relaxed. A bonus were the reviews by past renters (all positive) which pointed us in the direction of some super places to eat.

The major things that I expected were good to great but things that were important to us such as WiFi, did not work very often and when they did the signal to the internet and the TV was very poor. Some of the pools were not available to us. If we had known this before arriving at the upscale resort we would not have been as disappointed.
