“Everything was excellent. We had some questions when we first arrived and the host was extremely helpful.
Note: Just a FYI, you must climb 2 1/2 flights of stairs to get to the apt. We are in our 70’s and that was difficult with large luggage. We also had to walk about 2 to 3 blocks with luggage up a slight hill to get to the property.”

“This listing should be 'studio', not one bedroom. The only separated room is the bathroom. We could not enter the property for 30 minutes (after a long day of travel) due to a door malfunction. They eventually had to send a handyman. The refrigerator did not work-probably needs coolant. Lacking in some basics: only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for a week, no salt and pepper etc. The tv would frequently not connect to wifi-I had to manually go in and set each time we tried to……
