Palladio's View Villa features gorgeous views of St John's East End and the British Virgin Islands from every room. A central common living space with open kitchen and dining area make Palladio's view the perfect house for couples and families with kids. The outdoor space, including sun deck, hot tub and pool make this home unique and desirable to travellers.

If your group is larger than four, you may request that the two single beds in the 2nd floor bedroom be made up into one king bed prior to your arrival. You will also have full access to the entire house. If your group is four or less, you will not have access to the second floor bedroom/powder room. Prices reflect how many rooms your group uses.
Bathrooms: Please note that one of the bathrooms is a half bath and does not have a shower. It only contains a toilet & sink.
Power outages on St John are common. In order to prevent power interruption during your stay, Palladio's View has a solar collection system with Tesla Powerwall battery storage to maintain all systems (except the hot tub and pool) fully functioning while the local power grid is down. There are no refunds for power loss.
Guests with small children should consider that there are a few first-floor interior steps with hard surfaces (i.e. tile) and that there are many exterior wood stairs.

Palladio's view is equipped with backup batteries and solar panels in the event of a power outage. Please be advised that the hot tub is not able to run off of the backup batteries.
Our on site team is happy to assist with recommendations on island and will take great care of you if you need anything while in residence. Please provide your e-mail upon booking so that we can send you our virtual guide of the island, restaurants and info about the residence. We will also need it to send you driving directions and information about how to get into the home on your arrival day.
Please note rates are based the amount of rooms that are booked/ how many guests you have. For example, if you have 2 couples in your party, then you will most likely only need two bedrooms. We will charge only for those two rooms and the others will be locked. Please let us know if you have any questions here.
