THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!
NO telling who actually owns this property, you'll never be able to speak to a manager, only an answering service that creates a "ticket" for someone else to process or "investigate". In my case, I spent 1 night by myself. After I checked out I received and email notifying me that "a dog was observed on the premises" during my time there and I was being charged a $50 fee "in accordance with their pet policy." Problem is I did not have a dog or any living being other than myself on the premises. I emailed back telling them this, but no response. After returning home, I called the number they provide for assistance. I got the answering service who kept telling me they "didn't understand" everything I was saying. They asked me to screenshot and text them a photo of the $50 charge. I did this and "someone" (no idea who I'm dealing with) texted me they would review their camera footage. Then they apologized and said the pet fee had been refunded. They sent me a receipt showing my $300 Visa deposit, then a credit to someone else's Mastercard for the $50. They kept saying they sent my refund to my MC, but I did not use a Mastercard. They told me two cards were used. I only used one card. They said they needed to connect with the "team" to verify and they would follow up. Its been a week now, and ZERO follow up, and even worse, I have suddenly received a SECOND $50 charge to my Visa Card. WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS. Turning this over to my attorney.
