“Resort and room were very clean, and the view from our room was great. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the property itself. Most of the staff seemed annoyed when we asked for simple things, whether it was ordering a mimosa at the bar or asking for ice in the Diamond Club lounge. This was something we experienced daily at the restaurants, lounge, and bars throughout the resort. Another disappointing issue was how often they were out of basic items. “Fantastic property. Beautiful beach and always a friendly staff member to set up a beach chair and umbrella for you... Not many restaurants around and the ones that are seemed pricey. We went to th grocery store and made great ise of th in room kitchens and bbq under the gazebo... Great fun. ”

“Definitely would stay her again the room/ property was very clean the staff was very nice and friendly very close to a lot of things and especially the airport the only thing I would recommend a lil entertainment every now and then I also didn’t really like the food on the resort way overpriced I went off the resort to eat and and also there is a lot of mosquitoes which I know is out of the resorts control”

“View beautiful and room clean enough. The menu prices are listed in island dollars-NOT USA dollars but I do didn’t see that noted so the prices looked sky high, but really weren’t (when converted). Food was soso. ”
