“Staff were amazing; however, it was not enough of them. Did not feel like the service was what I would expect from this hotel. Additionally, I’ve stayed at this hotel 2 other times and feel this last time the upkeep of the property has opportunities for improvement. This is especially around the pool and beach areas -”
