"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage.
Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries.
Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items.
Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch.
Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions.
Kitchen surfaces were dirty on our arrival and there was no hot water or even...

"My wife and I came for our honeymoon. We were immediately greeted, by name, with a cold towel (it's hot there) and a glass of champagne at the hotel entrance. From that point forward, everything from service to food quality was exceptional. Staff is extremely friendly and always asking to make sure that all accommodations are satisfactory. I am not sure how busy the resort actually was, but it did not give off the appearance of being extremely busy - we never had issues finding pool or beach...
