Unfortunately it is a smokers paradise. Lobby and entire ground floor is smoking. In the mornings to go skiing we walk down the stairs from floor 3 and the smoke still is so heavy. The Non smoking is in the lower area far away and filled with kids. There are far better ways of catering to both audiences. Staff was amazing, food, location were all world class. We unfortunately won’t return.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr gute und nette Betreuung von A-Z durch ein sehr aufmerksames Personal während unseres Kurzaufenthalts. Man fühlte sich absolut willkommen. Kleine Anmerkung, es wäre nett die Toiletten mit Softclose-Deckeln auszurüsten, die Derzeitigen knallen mit Krach auf die Brille. Aber wir nehmen an, dass Sie laufend Anpassungen vornehmen, was bei einem so grossen und exklusiven Gebäude eine stetige Herausforderung darstellt. Not sure how much value my comments can add. I had an amazing stay. Easily one of my best ski holidays ever. Yes, the rooms may not be cheap, but it is worth every Swiss Franc you pay.
