“Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly”

“A lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day.
Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic.
If you like to work out while away, be aware that the fitness/gym facility is quite poor. The space is……

We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running.
We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that.
The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions.

“For what my wife and I were looking for, it was excellent. We wanted a good base to live out of and do our own thing. We rented a car and wanted a property that had good location, parking and a comfortable apartment style living arrangement which we got.
