“No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered……

“A lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day. Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. “This was a wonderful visit because of the staff who were ll delightful and accommodating. Big shout out ot Jason the driver who was great in transporting us!! Only one issue we had "No Hot water" most of our visit due to the solar heating of water it had been overcast little sun. We were told they turned on heater but still cold. Please don't let that keep you from staying the positives do OUTWEIGH ANY negatives. We absolutely loved our room and stay. Thank you for a wonderful time especially……

“Staff were so friendly and helpful, sorting out car hire, and giving advice on places to visit and eat. They couldn’t do enough for us. The place was kept spotlessly clean. I loved the fact that we were able to borrow chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. Although the hotel is just across the road from the beach not all rooms have a beach view. We had a lovely view of one of the swimming pools. Would definitely recommend Beach View”
