“La habitacion estaba bien, las ventanas no cierran bien y hay mucha humedad si no se mantiene el aire bajo. El restaurante un desastre, no es un "all inclusive" tradicional, no puedes pedir lo que quieras. Tienes un desayuno, un almuerzo, y una cena de una carta muy limitada, donde las opciones mas interesantes tienen costo adicional. Las bebidas son de mala calidad.”

“I stayed for 1 week and my room was cleaned and I got clean towels only once, and that was only because i saw the cleaning staff and requested it. There was no front desk to make inquiries or requests. Whenever I checked the office was locked. The safe had no instructions on how to reset and no staff to assist. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. But i felt the cost was too high for a hostel. It was very disappointing and i would not stay there again”

“No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered...
