This is a beautifully renovated home located approximately 20 minutes from the airport, St. Pete Pier and all beaches, including Clearwater, Madeira, Indian Rocks, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach.

If you want to just relax, this 1800 SF, two-story property has a spacious floor plan with a fully renovated kitchen, two dining areas, two living room areas, and 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate all your indoor entertainment needs. The backyard has a large private swimming pool for the kiddos to take a dip and cool off, and a gazebo for outdoor reclining. Then light up your evening at the fire pit where the kiddos can roast some s'mores.

There's also a washer/dryer if you need to wash your wet clothes after a day in the pool or at the beach.

Lovely stay!
There were 10 of us between adults and kids and there was plenty of space for all of us! The 2 living spaces were perfect for adults and kids to separate but still be near enough for snack fetching. The pool was smaller than expected, but turned out to be perfect. Beds were comfy and bedrooms spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and fully recommend.

Very clean with new amenities
The home was very clean with newer appliances. We were also very happy with the comfort of the mattresses and pillows. The two living rooms were nice because the children could watch TV in one room and we could watch a movie in the other room. Everything was very well thought out and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is going through a transition and so some of the homes are not as well cared for but we always felt safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. An extra plus is that the gas grill had a propane tank so we were able to cook out. This is nice because several VRBO homes we have stayed at have had a grill with no propane and when traveling- it is too difficult to get one. We would definitely stay there again. We were only 20-30min from Treasure Island, St Pete’s Beach and everything was convenient and easy to get to.

Largo Family Vacation
Communication with the property manager was excellent, anytime I had a question or inquiry they would respond within a couple of hours. The house itself is great and the beds were SO comfortable. Areas to improve: We spent a lot of time outside by the pool and the concrete around the pool was quite dirty, our feet were black if we didn’t wear sandals. The pool itself wasn’t as clean as expected either; however, the property manager followed up with the pool technician when we brought this to their attention. We cooked a lot and More kitchen supplies would have been helpful (not enough utensils for more than 1 meal, no cookie sheets, etc). BBQ is provided but propane wasn’t. lounge chairs around the pool would be a great addition as well as a pool heater. Location to local attractions was great! Only 20-30 mins from the beaches and lots of restaurants / shopping close by.

Great house
The house was very nice and clean. It offered the space we needed for 4 adults and 3 teen girls. The girls enjoyed the pool. The check in process was easy and hassle free. The owners were easy to work with and communication was great. Overall everything was great, the only downfall was that the surrounding neighborhood looks a bit rough but it was not an issue at all.
