The property was under construction, which I had no idea. My room was very nice. Clean and stocked. It seems the walls are thin. I could hear everything everywhere. People outside talking until 1 am & doors slamming. Since I had to be up at 4:30 am. This was a well rested night. I think if you could move the area where people congregate it would help. When the construction is done I'm sure it will be lovely.

Terrible organization and coordination as far as construction is concerned. Maintenance terrible/ non existent, front desk needs to communicate better on room occupancy, and room conditions. 20 degrees and no heat in either rooms we had, and I had to repair toilets in both rooms.

Improvements are needed
Hotel is currently going through a much needed renovation. I stayed in the recently renovated 3rd floor. When I entered my room I clearly heard the adjacent rooms conversation. The walls are not sound proof so be aware your actions/conversations in your room. Next, the doors to each rooms SLAM every time someone enters or exits. This is very disturbing from 10 - 5:00AM as drunk people come back home from their exploits. Lastly, there is a disconnect between housekeeping and the front desk. I asked politely twice each morning for a iron to be in my room as it was missing. That request was never fulfilled. Probably not a big deal for most guests but I need to iron my shirt before work. Disappointed.
