The property was really nice, the rooms were very nice. Everyone was really nice that we talked to, but the bar staff was very limited. We also got carded just trying to walk through the gate to go to the beach at night, we didnt have our IDs on us because we weren’t prepared to be checked for that to go to beach. That gentleman was rude and said we had to have them before we could walk through. We also found out that we weren’t allowed to use our own beach chairs on the beach once we got there. We did enjoy or time there and love the live music there every night. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to a family member emergency. The front desk lady was super nice about us checking out early but since we didn’t check out untill 12 they couldn’t refund us anything, which wasn’t a big deal since it was a little short notice. I do recommend this to anyone who likes to listen to live music and have access to a bar at late hours of the night.

Plenty of restaurants near by. The staff and security were too much. We simply wanted to show our 13and 14 year olds the beach. We showed up and checked in late. The security guard was a complete jerk. Instead of telling us where we could walk to get to the beach he just talked down to us and made sure we knew the rules about kids past the curfew time. The next day we tried to throw a football at the pool. Instead of being nice and letting us know the kid was a jerk as well. Ease up guys! People are on vacation and having innocent fun. Relax!

Traveler beware!!! Stayed at this hotel at the end of May. Housekeeping is horrible. First night we were there sand was in the bottom of both beds. Clearly the didn’t change the sheets before us. Gross! Here is the horror of my experience on check out day I left behind a lululemon jacket. Once I realized it was gone I called and confirmed it was left behind. They told me to call in the morning to arrange for my item to shipped because the manger was out. Called Saturday left a message for Adrian never heard back. Called again on Sunday never heard back. Call again Tuesday and spoke with the hotel manger and she gets Adrian on the phone. He finally confirms he has my item and tells where to send the UPS label. I email the label that night. Never to hear from him again . I send 3 emails and leave a message AGIAN and still no response. I finally get upset on June 19th and get a hold of hotel manager and she gets Adrian on the phone. He now tells me my item is gone.WHAT!!! He ask me to give hime a few days and I do. Never hear from nothing. Call again on Wednesday the 26th leave a message. Finally get in touch with him on Thursday morning and he states basically it’s my fault.. Excuse Me!!! You told me you had my item. Now I ask him to reimburse me. He refuses and continues to rude. Point is skip this place and stay at place that cares about their guest!
