My husband and I came here for our second wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly pleasant, and the views are amazing.

Right on the beach. Fantastic staff- very attentive to all our needs. 2 pools and lots of activities. My only request would be that the pools and hot tubs stay open until midnight- we are on vacation

Parking was the worst I’ve seen in the many times I stayed. There must have been an extremely large wedding staying. There was a DJ on the beach playing very loud music (which typically like) but this wasn’t the place for it. This group also had several tents lined up at the beachfront and it was definitely not the environment. I am used to on Saint Pete Beach. On top of that we could not find parking to the evenings that we came back from dinner. I have never seen the parking lot at a point where there wasn’t one space available. The good news is in my frustration. I contacted the front desk and without even questioning, they offered to refund, my resort and parking fee due to the inconvenience. They mentioned that they did not have a way to monitor the parking lot and people were bringing friends. They were not staying at the resort. I know several other hotels have the security booth and someone in place to verify parking permits. it would be great to see this happen at the Sirata, especially on holiday weekends since we are being charged a parking fee on top of the resort fee. On a very positive note I have to just speak about Rachel the assistant manager. We visit this location monthly and the last two times we’ve stayed. Rachel has made our visit unforgettable. Not only does she have a sincere passion for client service, but she was genuine friendly and went out of her way to make my husband and my 25th wedding anniversary just a little more special. She is the BEST!

There were “ resort fees “ extra $ a day not mentioned upon booking only mentioned at check in putting me in a position to accept considering I had paid in full for my stay . The hotel is not even worth the price a night much less add ons that were for literally nothing . My booking did not mention fees could come from hotel either . Very disappointed with hotel and overall experience

Great location right on the beach, two pools were very nice, convenient bar and restaurant. We loved the suite rooms for our large family. The restaurant is very slow at lunch and evening time, but fast for breakfast. The food is fine for daytime snack, but take advantage of great restaurants in St Petes for dinner.

I stayed on this property in 2023 and everything was perfect. So much so, that my family returned to 2024. However, it was so dirty this time and the front desk staff was just so poor. The air vet in the room was completely covered in dust, there was gum on the wall by the bed, and the bedroom TV would go in and out of service. One time I called the front desk and the man on the line just hung up rather than any conversation. I am disappointed how much it has changed in a year.

I think when I paid the highest dollar amount for an ocean view room , I expected it would be newer, and ocean front with a balcony. The sofa was older and didn’t look clean. I think the hotel is just older .. the staff was very friendly and overall it wasn’t a bad little getaway.
