We had a wonderful family vacation at Winter the dolphins beach and would highly recommend it to other families. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access to a beautiful pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of choices to please everyone in our family. The dinner restaurant was also excellent, with a kids' menu that our children loved. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Winter the dolphins beach and would definitely return in the future. Here are some specific things we loved about the hotel: Beachfront location: The hotel is right on the beach, so we could easily spend our days swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles. Large pool: The pool is large and has a separate area for children, which was perfect for our family. Spacious rooms: The rooms were plenty big enough for our family of four, and they had comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Friendly staff: The staff was always helpful and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Kid-friendly dining: The breakfast buffet and dinner restaurant both had great kids' menus, and our children loved the food. If you are looking for a family-friendly hotel with a great location, Winter the dolphins beach is a perfect choice. We highly recommend it!

My daughter chose this hotel for our family beach vacation. After reading the reviews I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. I worked in the hotel industry for over 20 years in Guest Services so I know what good vs. bad service looks like. Our family had four rooms. My son and daughter in law did not get the room they had reserved, ground floor poolside and ended up on the 5th floor and my daughter ended up getting the room my son reserved. It all worked out as we were just happy to be all together. I found the staff friendly. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. My grandson cut his foot badly on the rocks and the staff was very helpful in getting us first aid. Since the location in not on the Gulf we were concerned of the current that was not too far off the beach however the small beach was just fine for my grandchildren.

People at the front desk were not very friendly, we had a horrible view from our balcony. At 7am in the morning, there was so much noise outside the balcony that I regret booking that place. I could have booked another hotel for that same price, next door so much nicer. I would not recommend that place and no to mention they make you pay extra to safe the dolphins or something like that, you don’t even get a choice.

We absolutely loved our stay at Winter the Dolphin! It’s centrally located. You can walk everywhere but no need to leave the resort because the beach, pool, and food is all wonderful! All the staff are so friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be coming back.

I found this place to be a bit overpriced but maybe this is considered relatively budget friendly compared to other hotels in the area. I think they could have done a better job with maintaining the property and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The service at the beach bar was one of the best I have ever gotten. The girls there are amazing and super friendly. The food was average and the alcoholic drinks were good (averaging $12 for a frozen drink). Location was good. Pretty close to restaurant and a 10 min complementary ferry ride away from the marine where they have a playground, more restaurants, boat rides and the aquarium.

The best part of this hotel was the water view from my hotel room and the private beach. The hotel unfortunately isn’t well kept. My room floors were dirty and our toilet was disgusting. I will stay somewhere else next time.
