Oceanfront Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is quickly becoming the Island favorite.
Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #106, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and pleasant appointments throughout.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Family girls trip
The condo is in a great location . The grounds are beautiful. We loved walking to the village. The guest bathrooms need updating. Both tubs while taking showers did not drain well. The condo is large with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay.

Springtime stay
The location and condo view were great . The inside was clean , but some little things not quite 5 worthy like cabinets peeling a bit in the bathroom , outdated refrigerator, some missing key essentials in the kitchen l, etc.

Great location and nice amenities
We had a great stay and love this property. It was clean, had everything we needed, great amenities, and perfect location. My only complaint is the 6 texts and emails I received. We stayed a Saturday - Monday and on Sunday we received 4 texts. Mainly about the check out procedure which was emailed and texted to us prior to check in. It’s excessive and like they are rushing you to check out. Customers don’t want to be reminded on their 2 day vacation, 6 times about something to do.
