• A refundable damage deposit of $300 will be charged upon your stay. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided no damage is found in the unit.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this policy will result in a $250.00 fine, in addition to cleaning expenses required to eliminate smoke odors from the property and/or linens.
• Please be aware that we do not assume responsibility for accidents, injuries, or the theft or damage of personal belongings that may occur on the premises, within its facilities, or in parking areas.
• The maximum occupancy is four guests.
