“Walk distance from main bus station and from old town and a supermarket nearby. Room is clean, well decorated. A small fridge and kettle is provided in the room. Marko's response is quick to request.”

“Location is great and it's close to old town. The challenge is that it's very hard to find parking in the area even for paid parking and the roads are narrow making it hard to get out once you are inside and no parking space are found. The owner is very prompt in replying to questions and facilities that needed adjustment. Please note that it is on 1st floor and there is no elevator so guests with mobility issue may find this a challenge.”

“Great stay but could be cleaner”

“This rental was fine. Self check in through WhatsApp was ok, but when I asked about the airport shuttle that is meant to be provided(at a cost which was fine)the person on the other end said there was no such thing and just offered a taxi service. We ended up contacting an uber on our own. Very small, definitely a hotel room, not a guest apartment, Flimsy linens and limp pillows. I would not consider this a great value. Free very limited breakfast provided by cafe below, but watch out for the……

“While the place was definitely small and a strange set up, it was good for what we needed in Split. Only a 3 minute walk from the city's port and Old Town. There's 2 ATMs within 1 minute and a super market around the corner. Would highly recommend for a couple, can't really fit 3 people though.”
