“Walk distance from main bus station and from old town and a supermarket nearby. Room is clean, well decorated. A small fridge and kettle is provided in the room. Marko's response is quick to request.”

“This room was very close to old town of Split and a great location. No parking there as is expected in that area but close to everything else including the ferries. The room itself is probably best for one person unless you don’t mind being on top of each other. There’s literally no room for walking let alone your suitcase. There were some spots that could have been cleaned better - don’t look under the bed, and the floor was kind of dirty. Some hooks also missing for the bathroom. The warm……

“While the place was definitely small and a strange set up, it was good for what we needed in Split. Only a 3 minute walk from the city's port and Old Town. There's 2 ATMs within 1 minute and a super market around the corner. Would highly recommend for a couple, can't really fit 3 people though.”

“The room was large and clean. The boss was helpful and friendly. But it was quite tired to climb up lots of stairs with a heavy luggage.”

“The apartment is located centrally and easy to find. The people were helpful and left us a cell phone in case we have any questions during our stay as they do not have a formal reception. The room was spacious and everything was great. It took like 5mins walk to either the bus station and the old town. ”

The challenge is that it's very hard to find parking in the area even for paid parking and the roads are narrow making it hard to get out once you are inside and no parking space are found. The owner is very prompt in replying to questions and facilities that needed adjustment. Please note that it is on 1st floor and there is no elevator so guests with mobility issue may find this a challenge.”

“Noise isolation does not exist, you can hear everyone coughing, locking doors, and talking on the phone. "City view" is apparently court parking and neighbour's building, which is unclear from the posting picture. Door lock gets jammed, so be prepared to dance with it for good 20 mins trying to find the right angle. It is clean and close to downtown but I would not be staying again for this price.”
