"Poor check in. I had to ask the lady on reception to repeat herself as she was chewing gum while talking. The room smelt of drains / sewage, but O.K. if the window was left open. The light in the toilet kept flickering, and eventually gave out."

"We only stayed for one night and had to be up very early for our flight so the hotel was ideal for location. I thought food and drink was very expensive for the quality."

"Friendly and helpful staff on arrival. Room was spacious, clean and fresh. Couldn’t hear any noise from road or aircraft. Beds were comfy and lovely fresh towels. Bar was well stocked and reasonable priced. Didn’t have food but it did look delicious. Really convenient for BP Pulse Arena, only about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay again and recommend."

"The room smelled damp and muddy. It triggers my allergies. I was unable to sleep; I had to sit up all night because I couldn't breathe properly lying down. Added to that, there was no hot water to shower with, despite switching the switch as instructed. "
