The staff was excellent, accommodating any request that was made. Restaurant is very good, included breakfast was great, many choices. "We stayed here as a family of six, including our two 3-year-olds, and it was by far our favorite place during our time in Italy! The kids absolutely loved swimming in the pools and running around the beautiful property. It felt peaceful, safe, and perfect. The breakfast was lovely each morning—fresh, delicious, and a relaxing way to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, which made the experience even more special. We only wish we had stayed longer! "The most beautiful and magical place on earth. We video called every family member back home in Canada while at the hotel to show them the grounds. The hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the pools, to the gardens, doves, chicken, tennis courts, the walking paths and even an equestrian center. I am so sad that we did not have more time to spend there. 100+ recommend this property. My husband and I went for a before dinner drinks and the waiter brought us bread and oil and picked us fresh strawberries from the garden. Absolutely in love with this place and no hotel along our journey if Italy has compared. "
