"We stayed for a long weekend to enjoy some of the surrounding area with our family. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a very quiet area which was nice. We truly felt at home here and enjoyed our stay."

"Wonderful property with several things to do! We had a very peaceful and relaxing girls weekend. The walking sticks came in handy for us older folks, the younger girls enjoyed the canoeing and fishing. The view of the water and scenic fall foliage was breathtaking. Beds and furniture were comfy. Looking forward to another trip in the future."

Cranberry Lake New York - Year Round Cottage

"This place was a dream. It was the quiet I needed in a place that I love. Laying out on the upstairs balcony in the dark looking up at the stars will be a memory that gets me through stress at home. The cabin was cozy, but roomy. Definitely space for 6. The cabin is across the street from the lake shore, but an easy walk down through the owner's property. The Cranberry Lake primitive state park trails are a short walk away along with a plethora of other trails to pick from within a short drive. My dog and I hiked 20 miles on one day alone with rarely a person in site...unlike the High Peaks this time of year! Only down side was that I did not receive an email to help me know how to get in (as stated in the Orbitz site). The owner was available by phone to assist, but cell phone connection can be touchy, so a secure email with details would have been helpful to refer to. If that is not possible, then it should not be stated as such on the Orbitz or Vrbo sites. Also, for rainy day entertainment, you will need your own wifi, games, or a few good books to read. Definitely a place to go back to!"

"We stayed 2 nights with some family while visiting our son at St. Lawrence University. The camp was better than advertised. Beautiful setting and a beautiful house with everything we needed for our stay. Kaitlin made sure we were comfortable and she was available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our son."

"A very special place. The Lodge is the perfect cabin. Great room, porch, decor all fit the atmosphere perfectly. The location is very private and super relaxing. The lake is very pristine and soothing to view. The Lodge offers a sene of serenity. A spot where you can leave reality at the door and enter a perfect get away. Those with dogs know you can open the door and let them roam. There is no where else for them to go or anyone else around."
